Care Pros can develop concerns during a care visit where there is missing or inaccurate information from the visit details by Homage.
Possible concerns can include:
- Difference in
- Services required / Medical escort details
- Care Recipient details (e.g., weight, mobility level)
- Manual transfer details (e.g. additional help available)
- Others, e.g. Care Pro's skills and competencies not a good match for visit, undisclosed pet
To report a concern, please refer to the video guide and steps below:
- After submitting your Visit Summary, select Yes to "Did you have other concerns with the visit?"
- Select all concerns that apply.
- Provide as much detail as possible, indicating the missing or inaccurate information and corresponding correction.
Homage will review your report within 2-4 working days. Care Pros will be contacted by Homage only if necessary for further action or feedback.
