What should I do if I am late for the visit?

Plan your route in advance and buffer time for any transport delays. Try to arrive at the visit location 15 minutes earlier.

If you are late for the visit, please inform the Care Owner in advance so that they are aware. If you fail to inform the Care Owner you are running late, you may be subjected to a late clock-in penalty fee.

You can contact the Care Owner via the chat or call function from your visit details.

Please ensure to replace the time duration that you were late for.
