How do I write a good Visit Summary?

All Homage Care Pros are required to submit a visit summary for the Care Recipient’s family members to have peace of mind and understand the care experience that their loved one received.

It must be submitted within 24 hours of the end of the visit. Do remember to:

• Detail your visit on a time-stamp basis.
• Note down the routine and all the activities done in the Visit Summary.
• Not include any video attachments in the Visit Summary. Only photographs are allowed, and all photographs require a description. Always seek consent before taking any pictures of CR
