How do I withdraw from a visit I applied to?

If you are no longer available for the visit, you may withdraw your application. 

If you withdraw your application:

• Before you are assigned where the visit is tagged as "Pending", there will be no penalty.
• For "Scheduled" visits, our visit cancellation policy will apply.

To withdraw your application, please refer to the guide and steps below:

1. Go to the "Apply" tab and click on the "Applied" tab.

2. Select the visit you wish to withdraw from.
3. Proceed to click on "Withdraw Application".
