Completed visits - Individual Clients
For Care Services provided to Individual Clients, 6% SST will be charged on the Brokerage Fee of each completed visit. The Brokerage Fee for each visit differs according to the visit requirements and care services provided. The SST charge will be deducted from your Care Pro payout, which is the Service Fee that Homage collected (on your behalf) from Care Recipients minus the Brokerage Fee.
Completed visits - Institutional Clients
For Care Services provided to Institutional Clients which includes healthcare institutions such as hospitals, care centres, etc, the SST charge will be bourne by the Institutional Clients and will not affect your Care Pro Payout.
Cancelled/No-show visits
No SST will be charged for cancelled or no-show visits as no service was rendered. Similarly, any cancellation compensation you receive will not be subjected to SST.
The Brokerage Fee SST deduction is not displayed in the CP app payout and will be calculated by Homage internally upon visit completion. The nett CP payout after Brokerage Fee SST deduction will be reflected in the Care Pro's payment breakdown accordingly after every CP Payout cycle.
