Will I receive a payment breakdown?

Yes! Care Pros receive bi-weekly (every 2 weeks) emails detailing your payouts.

Follow the steps below to view your payout:

• From your email inbox, click on the Care Pro Connect newsletter titled "Your (payment cycle date) Dashboard is here "

• Scroll to the Bi-Weekly Care Dashboard section. Your payout for the previous payout cycle will be reflected in the Total Payout section.
• Click on the link in "Total Payout" i.e. https://rrge.app.link/xxxxxxxxx to view the payout for each visit from your Care Pro app.
