Care Pros will be able to view a detailed payout breakdown from the Care Pro app for each completed visit. This include:

General information

• Payout period
• Care Owner / Care Recipient's name
• Visit date and time

Payout items

• Transport allowance
• Incentive, if any
• SST deduction on brokerage
• Nett Care Pro payout

Penalty fees & Waivers, where applicable

• Late or cancellation fee
• Late or cancellation fee waiver, processed & approved
