How do I approve or reject a time amendment request?

When Care Pros have proposed a new time for an upcoming visit, you will receive email and push notifications.

To review the proposed time, open your Homage app and click on the visit details.

• If you choose to change to the proposed time, accept the proposal and your visit will automatically reflect the proposed time.
• If you choose to keep to the original time, reject the proposal and your visit will start at the original time.

Please review the proposed time as soon as you can for uninterrupted care delivery.

If you still need help booking visits that are to start in the next 3 days, you can Chat with Us on the Homage app from 9am to 6pm daily.

For other enquiries on booking visits, please submit a Request Form and we will respond within 2-3 business days.
