Upon submission of a visit request, we will look for the right Care Pro to best meet your loved one's care needs. We aim to match a Care Pro to your requested visit within 3-4 days.
Our Care Pros are assigned to visits based on their suitability and availability, and we will continue to search for one until 1 hour before the visit start time.
You can check the visit status on the Homage app under the "Activity" section or your email inbox. For visits which are:
- "Requested": We are still searching for a Care Pro. You can change/cancel the visit at no charge.
- "Confirmed": A Care Pro has already been assigned. It will also indicate the assigned Care Pro's name. Do note that change/cancel fees may apply and you can view the fees here.
Upon arrival, the Care Pro will clock in and proceed to provide care. When the visit ends, the Care Pro will clock out and submit a Visit Summary report which you can read for full details of the visit and your loved one's condition.
You can also rate each completed visit and share feedback in the "Reports" section of the Homage app.
