What happens if the Care Recipient or family cancels the visit?

When your assigned visit is cancelled by the family or Care Recipient, you will not be charged any cancellation fees. You may also receive a stipulated payout to compensate your loss of work.

Please refer to the table below on the Payout Policy for such cancellations. The compensation payouts may be waived on a case-by-case basis.

	< 2 hours	1-Hour Service Fee + Standard Transport Fee
CO Changes - *Visit Timing - CP Preference	< 24 hours	1-Hour Service Fee (not applicable for Therapy visits)

*Care Pro will be compensated only if the change in timing is not feasible for Care Pro to attend to the visit anymore
