Scenarios	Waiver Criteria
CP is late for the scheduled visit (clock-in more than 15 minutes after the visit start time)	Fees may be waived when a waiver with documented proof* is submitted within 48 hours upon notice of late clock-in

*Examples of documented proof include unexpected transport or traffic conditions etc., app technical issues or other relevant proof subject to approval.

• Late clock-in fee waiver requests have to be submitted within 48 hours of late clock-in
• Fee waiver requests will be reviewed and approved on a case-by-case basis
