When you install the Care Pro app on your mobile device, it will require permission to access the device's information or features.
You can go to Settings on your mobile device and enable app permissions for notifications. Required permissions may be updated to improve your care delivery experience.
Below is the list of permissions we require for the app and why:

| Enable push notifications |
Receive messages in real-time. You can set preferences for the notification type and frequency. Example: Receive notification for new visit request or a visit clock-in reminder. |
| Access camera |
Device camera can take photos when your app is in use. Example: Take photos when using the app chat with the families. |
| Access storage |
App can retrieve saved items from device storage. Example: Find and attach photos taken prior when you submit the visit summary. |
| Access location |
Location can be verified via GPS. Example: Verify your location during clock-in and -out. |
