Is there a limit to the number of claim items for each visit?

No, there is no limit as long as the claim items belong to the same visit.

In the “Add Claims” section, you will see a “+ Add an item” button in the bottom of the page. Tap on the button and you will be able to fill in the details for additional item submission(s).
