You can check the visit status on the Homage app or your email inbox
Tap “Activity” to view the latest visit status on the Homage app. Upcoming visits will indicate either:
- "Requested": We are still searching for a Care Pro. You can change/cancel the visit at no charge.
- "Confirmed": A Care Pro has already been assigned. It will also indicate the assigned Care Pro's name. Do note that change/cancel fees may apply and you can view the fees here.
Our Care Pros are assigned to visits based on their suitability and availability, and we will continue to search for one until 1 hour before the visit start time. You may cancel or change the visit without charge if no Care Pro has been assigned.
If you still need help, you can Chat with Us on the Homage app from 9am to 6pm daily.
For assistance outside of office hours, please submit a Request Form and we will respond within 2-3 business days or earlier if your visit date is approaching.
