You can book visits directly from the Homage app up to 48-hours before the intended visit date. Multiple visits can be scheduled at one time, up to 3 months in advance.
You are encouraged to book visits at least 7 days in advance to match with more suitable Care Pros.
To book a visit, please refer to the video guide and steps below.
- Log in to the Homage app.
- Tap “Book” located at the bottom of the screen.
- Select the services required and who the visit is for.
- A completed Care Assessment is required before you can book visits.
- A completed Care Assessment is required before you can book visits.
- Select the Daily Assistance Services (ADL) required and tap “Continue to address details”.
- Select where the visit will take place and tap "Continue to visit date and time".
- You can add a new address.
- For 24-hour visit, book 2 consecutive 12-hour visit (e.g. Visit Booking #1 from 9am to 9pm and Visit Booking #2 from 9pm to 9am).
- You can add more visits if it is a recurring session and tap “Continue to Care Pro details”.
- For new bookings, you can choose your Care Pro preferences and tap “Continue to more instructions”.
- If you have information to share with our Care Pros, do indicate them in the text box and tap “Continue to Payment”.
- Select your preferred payment method and tap “Book Visit”.
- You have requested your visit! We will keep you updated on the visit status through app notifications and emails.
- Tap “Activity” located at the bottom of the screen. Select the visit for full details.
If you still need help booking visits that are to start in the next 3 days, you can Chat with Us on the Homage app from 9am to 6pm daily.
For other enquiries on booking visits, please submit a Request Form and we will respond within 2-3 business days.
