We understand that you may sometimes require care to be delivered beyond the scheduled visit duration due to unexpected events.
Please note that the service fees will be adjusted accordingly to account for the extended duration (e.g. an extra hour of service fee will be charged if the visit is extended by 1 hour).
If you decide to extend the ongoing visit, please Chat with Us on the Homage app which is available from 9am to 6pm daily, and we will check with the assigned Care Pro if they are available to continue providing care to your loved one.
However, please note that if they are unavailable, this may not be possible.
