Can I have the same Care Pro for subsequent visits?

We recognise that establishing a strong rapport between your Care Pro is important in ensuring that quality care is delivered.

Here are some ways to increase your chances of securing your preferred Care Pro:

• Plan visits at least 7 days in advance
• Book regular visits at consistent timings
• Indicate your Care Pro preferences at the time of booking, by referring to the video guide and steps below

1. When booking a visit, tap on the arrow next to "Any preference for the Care Pros?" and tap "Requested Care Pros (optional)".
   
   
   
2. Choose from a list of Care Pros who have previously assisted your care recipient.
   
   
3. Select at least 5 Care Pros to increase your chances of being matched with one you like.
4. Tap "Save" once you’ve made your selection.
5. Your saved "Requested Care Pros" will be displayed under Care Pro Preferences
   
   

While we strive to assign your preferred Care Pros to your visits, please note that there is a possibility that you may encounter new Care Pros. If your requested Care Pros are unavailable, we will find the closest match to your preferences.

As care continuity is important, be rest assured that Visit Summary reports will be sent by after every visit to ensure that all parties involved in the care journey have a thorough understanding of your loved one’s care needs.
