Our Care Pros adhere to a strict code of conduct and will be penalised for cancelling or being absent for a confirmed visit. We will also do our best to arrange for another suitable Care Pro to resume care.
If you need help, please Chat with Us on the Homage app from 9am to 6pm daily.
For assistance outside of office hours, please submit a Request Form and we will respond within 2-3 business days or earlier if your visit date is approaching.
