To check if there is a discrepancy in your payment/invoice, please refer to the steps below:
- Log in to the Homage app.
- Tap on "Wallet" at the bottom of the screen.
- Select "Show all" under Completed/Upcoming Charges.
- Click on "Go to visit details".
- Scroll down to "Booking Summary" and press ∨ to view the breakdown of the charges.
If you still notice a discrepancy in the payment/invoice, please submit a Request Form and we will respond within 2-3 business days.
To aid us in our investigation, kindly attach screenshots of the invoice, the visit details page and the booking summary during the submission.
