We understand that care plans may change. Requests to extend Prepaid Packages will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and will only be applicable if the following critierias/scenarios are met:
Criteria:
- Prepaid Package is purchased within the current year
- Valid documentation are submitted (e.g. letter of admission to a nursing home, etc)
Scenarios:
- Care Recipient has been hospitalised
- Care Recipient has an emergency and has to reschedule booked visits (maximum of 30 days extension)
- Multiple visits remained unassigned to Care Pros (maximum of 30 days extension)
To request for a package extension to book visits starting in the next 3 days, please Chat with Us on the Homage app from 9am to 6pm daily.
For package extensions to book visits starting in 4 days or more, please submit a Request Form and we will respond within 2-3 business days.
